Highly HIGHLY recommend this place! You will not find a more friendly or honest company. First - I spoke to Miguel by phone to get info, explain my situation, and get scheduled. He was friendly and got me on the books quickly and was communicative even after. Then today they were going to have a tech come out and look at an issue for me at 2pm. Around 10:30-11 Miguel called saying someone was in the area and wanted to know if they could stop by now instead of 2pm. This worked out much better for my schedule anyway. So Ben showed up. Super friendly. AND HE IS THE OWNER!!! He said he was in the area so he came early instead of a tech coming later. I thought that was awesome. Then, he diagnosed my issue - gave me a ton of info I didn’t know - and cared more about my safety than he did about the money. He didn’t try to upsell me a bunch of things I didn’t need. He told me what things should look like and what numbers should show when he checked the wires, before doing it and let me watch so I’d know if it was good or bad. He took care of my issue PLUS got me a new wall plug for my dryer and never made me feel uncomfortable, rushed, or pressured to do more work than needed. I will never use anyone else. Ben and SDG Electric in general are awesome!
